Caregiver for Senior Lady in Weyhe
We are looking for an experienced caregiver for an elderly lady living in Weyhe. The senior needs support with daily activities but is active and enjoys company.
The lady uses a rollator and requires light assistance with standing up, transfers, personal hygiene (showering), and dressing. She does not have dementia and is well-oriented. Monitoring fluid intake is important.
Caregiver duties also include household management (cooking, cleaning, laundry, occasional shopping), caring for a small dog (feeding, walks), and providing companionship (reading newspaper, walks, Sudoku). The senior also appreciates quiet moments to herself.
The caregiver will have her own room with internet access in a detached house. Family members live nearby. The assignment starts on 18.10.2026.
Requirements
- Good German language skills (min. B2)
- Experience in caring for the elderly
- Non-smoker (smoking only outside the living area)
- Empathy, patience, and kindness
- Willingness to care for a small dog
