Caregiver for a Senior in Höhfröschen, Germany

We are looking for an experienced caregiver for a senior in Höhfröschen. The care recipient is recovering from a recent health event that has affected his mobility and requires support with daily activities.

The senior uses a wheelchair and needs assistance with transfers from bed to wheelchair, as well as support with turning in bed during the night. Full assistance with personal hygiene and dressing is required. The care recipient has swallowing difficulties and is fed via a feeding tube, but can consume small amounts of soft food. It is important to remind him to drink and to offer beverages. There are also slight issues with orientation and memory. The caregiver does not perform medical tasks.

The caregiver will live in a detached house, with a private room and bathroom available. Bus stops are nearby, and a bicycle is provided for use. The care recipient's family lives close by and actively assists with shopping.

The assignment starts on October 23, 2026. We are looking for a patient and empathetic person who is willing to support the senior in returning to daily life.
