We are looking for an experienced caregiver for a mobile senior lady living in Egenhofen, in picturesque Bavaria. The senior is communicative, has no problems with speech, hearing, or vision, moves independently around the house and climbs stairs, but requires support due to general weakness and comprehensive hygiene needs.

The caregiver's duties will include assistance with daily personal care, dressing, maintaining personal hygiene, as well as support with household management, cooking, shopping, and keeping the house clean. The senior also needs companionship and support in daily activities.

Another person lives in the household who does not require care. The assignment starts on October 18, 2026. We are looking for a non-smoker or someone who smokes exclusively outside the house.

We offer stable employment in a quiet area with the possibility of long-term cooperation. We guarantee full support from our agency.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of German (min. B2)
  • Experience in elderly care
  • Category B driving license
  • Non-smoker or smoking exclusively outside the house
  • Empathy, patience, and responsibility

What to expect

What this assignment means in practice

The key points from this assignment's description and how to prepare for them.

  • Independent senior

The senior largely manages on their own, so companionship, running the household and respecting their independence are important — you help where help is needed.

  • Driving licence

Your duties may include driving, for example to the shops or the doctor. A licence issued in the EU is valid in Germany and Austria — bring the original.

  • Non-smoker

The family expects a non-smoker or smoking only outside the house. Say openly in your application whether you smoke — it makes matching easier.
