We are looking for an experienced caregiver for an 89-year-old senior gentleman living alone in a house in Traitsching. The care recipient is mobile but has age-related walking difficulties. He needs help with dressing, but can wash and bathe independently. He can stand up independently.
The senior experiences age-related memory issues, manifesting as slight temporal and spatial disorientation, occasional difficulty recognizing people, and short-term memory disturbances. He has moderate hearing problems, so it is important to look at him and speak a bit louder.
Caregiver duties include occasional help with household chores (laundry, vacuuming, cooking, cleaning) and sporadic shopping (the family assists with larger shopping once a week). The caregiver will have their own room with internet access. There are shopping facilities in the neighboring village, a 10-minute walk away. The family business is located on the property, ensuring a contact person is always available if needed.
The daily routine includes waking up between 8:00 and 9:00 AM, breakfast, lunch at 11:30 AM, an afternoon rest, dinner between 5:00 and 6:00 PM, and going to bed between 8:00 and 10:00 PM. The assignment starts on October 14, 2026.
